Platform Notifications
Notifications allow you to get informed of any activity on your reports and programs.
You can access all your events in the Notification Center page. You can also configure which type of notifications you would like to receive via emails.
How it works
When there’s an activity on your reports or programs, you are automatically notified by email and by in-app notifications. You are also notified of invitations on a Business Unit, a Program or a Report.
A "bell" icon is displayed at the top right of the platform banner.
Click on this icon to access the Notification Center, where all received notifications (both read and unread) are shown.
A red dot shows up next to the “bell” icon when there is an unread notification.

Find all your event notifications grouped by date
Mark notifications as read individually, or click on “Mark all as read”
Filter notifications by report events or by Business Units
Configuration Panel
This section is available in User Settings. You can select which type of report event you would like to receive via email.
Go to “User Settings” on top right menu of your profile
Click on “Notifications”
Select the type of events you would like receive notifications on
⚠️The 'in-app' checkbox is mandatory and cannot be disabled. Email checkboxes are selected by default.
