What are response templates?
Response templates facilitate your communication with Hunters directly from the platform. You can create and customize pre-defined comments to save time and maintain consistency in your replies (e.g., triage updates, reward notifications, scope clarifications).
Once configured, these templates appear in the reply window when you are drafting a message to an Hunter. You can then select and send them as-it or edit before sending.
Creating a response template
Go to the “Admin panel”
Select "Response templates" from the left side menu
Click on “Add a response template”
Select which program type it should apply to (e.g., Bug Bounty, VDP, etc.)
Enter a title to easily identify the template internally
Write the message content. You can include formatting and placeholder variables if needed.
Click on "Save"
Your new template will now be available when replying to reports.
