Getting started on YesWeHack

Whether you're a new organisation or a Hunter joining the YesWeHack platform, this page is here to help you get oriented.

If you're looking for the right resources or wondering which service to contact based on your questions, you’re in the right place.


For organisations

Assistance & Platform Support

Use case example: You would like advice on how to define the scope of your Bug Bounty Program.

If you're a company and need assistance using the platform or support with your Bug Bounty programs—whether it's about strategy, objectives, or best practices—please reach out to your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM) by email.

Report-specific questions

Use case example: You would like to know more about the assessment of a report and suggested CVSS.

If you are asking yourself questions linked to a specific report – whether it’s the reported bug, CVSS, assessment, or status – please contact the triage team on this report:

  • Go to the “Vulnerability Center”

  • Choose a report

  • Click on “Actions”

  • Click on “Comment for triagers” and send your question to the YesWeHack triage team

  • Click on “Post comment to triagers”

Product-specific questions

Use case example: You would like to learn more about a product you don’t have a subscription to.

To learn more about YesWeHack products, send an email to your sales representative or to your Customer Success Manager.


For Hunters

Assistance & Platform Support

Use case example: You do not know how to use a specific feature, or you think you have a bug in using it.

Please reach out to the YesWeHack support by email, at [email protected].

Report-specific questions

Use case example: You would like to ask about the business impact of a vulnerability and if the organization is ok to get this kind of reports in the future.

  • Go to “Reports”

  • Select the report for which you have a question

  • Click on “Actions”

  • Post a comment by clicking on “Add comment”
