Before requesting a withdrawal
To help ensure your withdrawal is processed successfully, we recommend checking the following:
Use a bank account in your own name
The beneficiary’s name on your bank account should match exactly, word for word, the identity associated with your verified YesWeHack account.
If you are withdrawing through a registered business, the beneficiary information must be consistent with the verified business details.
Avoid using accounts belonging to friends, family members or other third parties.
Double-check your banking details
Before submitting your withdrawal, carefully verify:
Beneficiary's full name
IBAN or local bank account number
SWIFT/BIC code, where required
Bank name and country
Any additional information requested for international transfers
⚠️ Even a small mistake can cause a transfer to be rejected or returned.
Make sure your bank accepts the payment currency
⚠️ Not all banks or account types can receive international transfers in every currency.
Before requesting a withdrawal, confirm with your bank that:
Your account can receive the selected currency.
International incoming transfers are supported.
Your bank accepts transfers from overseas payment providers.
No additional intermediary bank information is required.
ℹ️ Some banks may automatically convert incoming payments into your local currency.
Check for potential banking fees
International transfers may involve fees charged by intermediary or receiving banks.
These fees are outside YesWeHack's direct control and may result in the final amount received being lower than the amount withdrawn.
We recommend checking your bank's international transfer fees in advance.
Common withdrawal issues
My withdrawal has been rejected or returned
A bank transfer may be unsuccessful for several reasons, including:
Incorrect IBAN or bank account number
Beneficiary name mismatch
Unsupported payment currency
Bank account unable to receive international transfers
Missing or incorrect SWIFT/BIC details
Rejection by an intermediary or beneficiary bank
Additional banking or compliance checks
My withdrawal is marked as completed, but I haven't received the money
A completed payment status does not necessarily mean the funds are immediately visible in your bank account.
International transfers may involve several banking institutions and additional processing time.
What should I do?
Check your bank account's recent transactions.
Contact your bank and ask them to check for incoming international transfers.
If they have rejected the transaction for whatever reason, please ask them for a proof of rejection.
If they have not received the transaction, please contact
support\a/yeswehack.comwhilst providing the transaction ID.
Our team may request an investigation through Mangopay to determine the transfer's status.
I received less money than expected
The difference may be caused by:
Currency conversion
Intermediary bank fees
Receiving bank charges
Fees deducted from a returned transfer
ℹ️ We invite you to ask your bank to provide a transaction/credit advice showing the incoming transfer and a breakdown of any fees or charges deducted before the funds were credited to your account.
Can I withdraw to someone else's bank account?
Withdrawals should be made to an account belonging to the verified individual or business associated with your YesWeHack account.
Third-party accounts may result in rejected transfers or additional verification requirements.
Can I change my bank details after requesting a withdrawal?
Once a withdrawal has entered processing, changing your saved bank details will not necessarily affect the transfer already initiated.
ℹ️ If you have entered incorrect details, contact YesWeHack Support as soon as possible. It may not be possible to stop or modify a transfer already being processed.
Tips for successful withdrawals
Before confirming any withdrawal, remember:
Use an account matching your verified identity.
Check every bank detail carefully.
Confirm currency and international transfer compatibility.
Be aware of possible intermediary bank fees.
Keep your withdrawal reference for future enquiries.
ℹ️ Taking these precautions can help prevent unnecessary delays, rejected payments and additional banking fees.
