"Ask for fix" is not a status anymore. It is now an action, available once the report has been accepted.

"Ask for fix" statuses have been removed from the interface and the previous reports. Information remains available in the filter "Fix verification".

5 fix_verification states are available: unknown, pending, confirmed, rejected, or cancelled.

BU Managers can ask for a fix verification or cancel it.

Hunters can set fix verification state to confirmed or rejected.
