      [CORE] Dark Mode & User Settings

      After a successful Dark Mode beta test launched for Halloween, we are now moving the option to the User Settings panel.

      • The "Light/Dark Beta" button featured on banner is removed.

      • Users can now modify their appearance preferences in the User Settings panel.

      • By default, the platform theme will match the system preferences of the users.

      This is the first step of a revamp user settings panel that will contain more items in the future.

      • All current settings are merged into a single page.

      • The Session access restriction, TOTP, Email, Password and Close account settings are now displayed in dedicated modals.
