This article provides an overview of the main platform features that will help you work effectively with the Hunter community: selection, invitation, technical requirements, messaging, collaboration, and credential management.
Hunter collaboration
Main takeaways
You can enable Hunter collaboration within a program. This feature allows multiple Hunters to work together on the same report. When collaboration is enabled, rewards are automatically shared between Hunters.
How to configure collaboration
Go to the ‘Admin panel’
Create a new program or open an existing one
Go to ‘Edit Program’ to access the program configuration
In the Bug Bounty Configuration page, locate the ‘Reporting’ section
Enable the ‘Collaboration’ option
Invite Hunters to the program as usual
ℹ️ To be declared as collaborators on a report, Hunters must already have been invited to the program before the report is accepted. Once the report has been accepted or paid, collaborators can no longer be added.
ℹ️ Learn more about Collaboration here.
Hunting Requirements (VPN, account access, etc.)
Main takeaways
Some programs require specific access conditions such as VPN, account access, or a dedicated user agent. These requirements are defined and configured by your organisation depending on the program’s scope and security constraints
They must be clearly communicated and configured before the program starts.
How to configure technical requirements
Go to the ‘Admin panel’
Click on ‘Edit Program’
Go to the ‘Hunting requirements’ section
Define access conditions (ie., VPN, account, user agent) and provide any necessary details (eg., credentials, etc.)

Use the Hunter messages feature to communicate directly with Hunters outside of individual reports.
It allows you to share updates, reminders, or important information with one or multiple Hunters, helping you keep them engaged throughout your program.
How to message Hunters
Go to the ‘Admin panel’
Select a ‘Bug Bounty program’
Click on ‘Hunter messages’ in the left-side menu
