Reports Lifecycle Dashboard

Track key operational metrics and benchmark your data to improve your security posture.

Reports Lifecycle

The "Reports Lifecycle" page of the dashboard enables organisations to track key workflow metrics related to their reports. It also allows for benchmark against industries, their own other programs, their country averages, or even the overall platform average.

What can you track with this dashboard?

  • Assess Vulnerability Management Maturity
This dashboard provides a high-level view of your organisation's ability to manage vulnerabilities effectively and communicate progress.
  • Measure Key Metrics like “New to Resolve” (MTTR)
Track full remediation cycles, including steps outside the YesWeHack platform, to support both security operations and compliance needs.
  • Monitor Trends Over Time
Metrics are tracked across the past 12 months, helping teams evaluate progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Benchmark Against Relevant Averages
Compare performance on key indicators — such as “New to Reward” — to improve program attractiveness and foster deeper engagement with hackers.

Access Reports' Lifecycle page

  • "Mean time to resolve" (New to Resolved)
  • "First response" (New to Under Review)

  • It presents a visual schema of key report statuses and the average time spent in each one of them over the last 12 months. This schema also includes other new metrics:
    • "Ask for fix to Fix confirmed"
    • "New to Rewarded" (if the selected program(s) is Bug Bounty)

  • Finally, the page features dedicated tabs and charts to deep dive on these different metrics, along with new ones:
    • "Assessment to Resolved"
    • "Accepted to Resolved"
    • "Integration to Resolved"

  • The charts can be exported in PNG and its underlying data can be exported in CSV.
  • The information on this page can be filtered by programs, severity levels, priorities, bug types, tags, and sources (e.g., Bug Bounty only).

Benchmark your data

  • The benchmark capabilities include:
    • Program to program (single choice)
    • My country (averages of other companies in their declared country)
    • Industries (single choice)
    • Global (YesWeHack platform averages)
  • Select a benchmark dimension (e.g., Industries) in the filter area
  • For "Program" and "Industries" select the item of your choice in the "Compare to" dropdown menu

A warning icon & mouse-hover tooltip will appear if there's no data available for the selected benchmark.

The results will appear on the schema, with icons & color-coded system to indicate how the BU/Program(s) is performing:
