Fill-in your profile to be more visible and receive more invites

By default, on YesWeHack platform, your Hunter profile is private. However, you can choose to make it public in your settings. A public profile allows others — including Business Unit or Program Managers and the Hunters' community — to view your activity, achievements, and overall performance on the platform.

How to turn my profile into public?

  • Log in to the YesWeHack platform

  • Select “My profile” in the drop down menu

  • Click on “Edit profile”

  • Then tick the box “Public profile”

What other information can I include on my Hunter profile?

  • Spoken languages and skills by mentioning keywords separated by commas (max 5).

  • Track records for mentioning articles, posts, write-ups you could share with the community.

  • Social accounts.

When you earn an achievement, you’ll receive a physical poster and it will be displayed as a badge on your Hunter profile, allowing you to showcase your progress and expertise to the community and Business Unit or Program Managers:

  • Go to “My Profile” in the drop‑down menu or the left‑side menu

  • The badges appear in a featured area (latest achievement badge) and in a dedicated tab for all achievement badges earned.

  • It includes the achievement's picture, its description, and the date when it was obtained.

  • Note that a few hours might pass before a new badge appears in your profile.

User settings

Manage your personal account settings directly from your profile interface. This includes updating your personal information, changing your password, and configuring security options.

  • Click on “User settings” in the drop down menu

  • Appearance: Choose between light and dark mode in your user settings to customize the appearance of the platform.

  • Session Access Restriction: Enabling this feature increases the security of your sessions by restricting them to the IP address where the login was established. If the same session token is used from a different IP address, the session will be blocked. If your connection legitimately changes IP addresses frequently (for example, when using mobile networks), we do not recommend enabling this feature.

  • TOTP: Secure your YesWeHack account with two-factor authentication (2FA). A Time-based One-Time Password algorithm is used as the second factor. In addition to your email address and password, you must type in a six-digit code based on a shared secret and valid for 30 seconds only.

  • Messages: Indicate whether you wish to receive emails from the managers of programs or not.
